New Giallo-Inspired Poster for Onetti Brothers' FRANCESCA

Check out this stunning new alternate poster for the upcoming film by the Onetti brothers...Francesca!

Francesca  is a film that I've been looking forward to see as soon as I found out it was the Onetti brothers' follow-up to their great original throwback to gialli called Sonno Profondo. So far the artwork and trailer have been a refreshing bit of marketing not often seen for the genre. Really artful stuff...and, as a fan of anything giallo-related...I cannot wait for this one. In the meantime, you can purchase the gorgeous Official Poster Here...and the New Alternate Poster Here. Very reasonably priced for lovely giallo posters that recall a time in cinema when one-sheets were much more imaginative and provocative works of art rather than a generic marketing tool whipped up by some hack with some experience in Photoshop. These posters are the real deal!

Francesca  will be released in Germany and Spain soon and it appears that the film is looking for North American distribution at the moment.

Synopsis:
It’s been 15 years since the disappearance of little Francesca, daughter of the renowned storyteller, poet and dramatist Vittorio Visconti, and the community is stalked by a psychopath bent on cleaning the city of "impure and damned souls". Moretti and Succo, questioned by the ineffectiveness of the police force, are the detectives in charge of elucidating the mystery surrounding these "Dantesque" crimes. Francesca seems to have returned, but she is not the same girl who everyone knew...
